Process Technology Senior Analyst at Tenaris Nigeria Limited


Location: Onne, Rivers


Purpose


    Identifies and implements the best operation practices by promoting technological update

    Collaborating in the compliance with production programs

    Optimizing processes as well as most relevant supplies' costs

    Complying with defined quality standards and working within a safe work environment.


Responsabilities


    Provides quality assurance for end products analyzing performance of the manufacturing process and designing or improving manufacturing practices.

    Complies with established quality standards designing a stable and defect-free process and tracking quality procedures from generation to implementation.

    Provides optimization to the process using technological information and reports from competitors, benchmarking activities, 00100 and R&D areas.

    Coordinates technological R&D activities in the area.

    Provides technical support ensuring the provision of technical service on initiatives of new projects related to the line/process.

    Ensures satisfaction of internal clients and external customers by monitoring product quality results and analyzing/implementing action plans as required.
